Mule Deer

One of the things I enjoy most about wildlife photography is the opportunity to capture animals in their natural environment. During a recent outing in Bozeman, Montana, I had the chance to photograph a mule deer, one of the most recognizable and iconic species of the American West.

Mule deer are known for their large ears, which resemble those of a mule, as well as their ability to thrive in a variety of habitats ranging from open grasslands to mountain foothills. Montana provides excellent habitat for these deer, making them a common but always exciting sight for wildlife photographers and outdoor enthusiasts
